Employee, Visitor and Job Applicant Accommodations

In addition to providing accommodations to students, the University of Denver also provides workplace accommodations to faculty and staff, and reasonable accommodations to campus visitors who need assistance.

Employees

Employees and visitors who need accommodations can arrange these by contacting:

Campus Visitors

Campus guests may occasionally need accommodations, such as wheelchairs or event materials in an alternate format. As a visitor, we encourage you to reach out to the event organizer or ADA Coordinator at 303-871-7726 to learn more about what we're able to provide for you.

Job Applicants

Job applicants who have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with the University of Denver, or who cannot use the online application system, should call 303-871-7420 or email sharedservices@du.edu for assistance with the application process. Job applicants can also contact the ADA Coordinator at 303-871-7726.

Parking

All DU parking lots have accessible spaces. Visitors can park in visitor or hourly parking lots and must display a state-issued disability-parking credential. Employees need to purchase and display a DU accessibility permit in addition to their state-issued credential.
