What I do

Laura DuFresne (She/Ella) is a third year Political Science Major who has just recently joined the IRISE team as the Communications & Office Assistant. Laura's passion lies in advocating for justice in social issues our society faces. In doing her part to contribute to creating a more equitable world, Laura would like to pursue a career as an attorney practicing constitutional law so that one day, she can possibly be an influential voice in laying the foundation of fair and just government who seeks to protect the prosperity of all. Laura hopes to support the IRISE team in their mission to promote the advancement of marginalized groups by using her ambition and tenacity to help the IRISE team and community achieve productive outcomes in all their endeavors.
